• Send unsolicited communications, including spam or promotional materials, without consent.
• Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping.”
• Interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.

3. Content Standards

All content you provide, upload, or disseminate through our services must comply with the following standards:

• Must not contain material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory.
• Must not promote violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or sexually explicit material.
• Must not infringe upon anyone’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

4. Enforcement

Cloud Age reserves the right to review and investigate your use of the service and take appropriate action against any party that violates this AUP. Actions may include, but are not limited to, removing content, suspending or terminating your access to our service, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
